Refund policy

We hope to have you stoked on your new gear!

But mistakes do happen. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we will be happy to make things right. 

We have a 30-day guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If your gear arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund. 

Please include a description, photos, order #, and any other relevant details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Sizing Issues

We strongly suggest consulting our sizing guide before purchasing to make sure your clothing fits just right. If you receive the wrong size or have other sizing issues, please reach out.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
