The Post-Game Press Conference (FAQ)
Where are you located?
HomeRun Prints is proudly based in the USA. We believe in the home-field advantage, so we print and ship our gear right here in the States (with dugouts in Miami, Florida). For our international fans, we partner with local printers worldwide to keep shipping fast.
How do you ship? How long does it take?
We use a rotation of trusted carriers, including USPS, DHL, and OnTrac to get your gear to you as fast as possible.
- Warm Up: It typically takes 1–2 business days to print and pack your order.
- The Pitch: Once it ships, it usually arrives in 2–5 days (Domestic).
- Tracking: As soon as your package leaves the park, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can watch its flight path all the way to your door.
What materials are your products made of?
We use high quality materials for all our products ensuring you have a comfortable fit for every item. The materials can depend on the item, so take a look at the details on each product page.
What is your Return Policy?
Our goal is a perfect game (100% satisfaction).
- The Call: You have 30 days to report an issue.
- The Rules: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it for FREE. Since items are made-to-order, we can't accept returns for "buyer's remorse," but we'll always make it right if we dropped the ball.
How can I contact you?
Drop us a line anytime at customer.care@homerunprints.com
What size would fit me best?
Don't get caught looking! We know online sizing can be tricky.
- The Scouting Report: Check the detailed Size Chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your favorite tee at home and matching the stats.
- Still unsure? Email the bullpen at customer.care@homerunprints.com. We aren't "maestros" (we leave that to the band geeks)—we're equipment managers, and we'll help you find the perfect fit.
